Group coaching offers an opportunity to benefit from coaching or, if this is your first time, experience the power of coaching while spending less than you would for individual sessions over that time period. My group sessions are ongoing so you can join anytime. One session includes six meetings via Zoom that last an hour and a half each, a half hour introductory meeting and a half hour one on one session.
For some, the group coaching format offers additional insights and feels particularly supportive. You'll learn more about the research on resilience and easy to use tools and skills; you'll also move closer towards your coaching goals as you learn from others in the group.
